Two Bahraini boys, Ahmed Shaker Al Mahoozi, 10 and Haidar Khalid Saeed, 11, were seriously injured after being forced to carry a homemade bomb that exploded in Daih yesterday, reported the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

"One of the boys lost his fingers and part of his right hand as the explosive detonated before he planted it," revealed Public Security Chief Major-General Tariq Al Hassan at a press conference at the Interior Ministry's Officers Club, Gudaibiya.

One of the victims was taken to the Bahrain International Hospital and the other to the Salmaniya Medical Complex. - TradeArabia News Service
