Bahrain City Centre, the largest shopping, entertainment and lifestyle destination in the Kingdom, said more than 70 female shoppers attended the novel 'Odaka Yoga' session held at the mall.

Founded by Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia from Italy, Odaka Yoga is a new version of yoga that utilizes a “liquid” yoga approach, with each wave-like move used to overcome barriers and develop emotional flexibility.

The session, conducted by internationally renowned yoga masters, is part of the mall's ongoing commitment to encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle in the community.

During the class, the women were encouraged to embody the flow of life with awareness, joy and empowerment, said a statement from Bahrain City Centre.-TradeArabia News Service
