Bain & Company, a global business consulting firm, has been named as the ‘Best Company to Work for in 2014’ by Glassdoor, an online job and career community, at the latter’s recent sixth annual Employees’ Choice Awards.

The firm tops the list of ‘50 Best Places to Work in the Coming Year,’ leading other well-known multinational companies such as Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and Google.

The ranking was recently determined based on the response given by the US-based employees of various companies between. Almost half a million employees replied to an 18-question survey during this period.

The respondents were asked to rate criteria such as career opportunities, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and cultures and values, among others.

Bain & Company has been recognized in the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards for the sixth consecutive year. The company ranked as the top employer for the second time, with an overall company rating of 4.6 out of five. It has received the highest rating in 2012. – TradeArabia News Service
