BCCI to host training programme for SMEs

The small and medium enterprises (SME) development and support centre of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is organising a training programme next week.

Titled "Am I ....able", the programme will be held from November 24 to 28. It aims to identify business startup challenges and the right actions at the right time to ensure success.

The programme includes an overview of the franchise ecosystem and what it takes to be a franchise player, an understanding of the 'A to Z' of exporting, importance of branding and brand awareness, tips to become a financier amongst other factors integral to entrepreneurial skills.

The training will be conducted by Malaysian business expert Hasril Bin Noordin who is a certified instructor in a number of universities and specialised institutes.

"This programme is part of the ongoing contribution of BCCI's SME development and support centre to build up entrepreneurship skills and to improve their competitiveness," BCCI chief executive Nabeel Al Mahmood said.-TradeArabia News Service
