Diyar Al Muharraq backs cultural event

Diyar AL Muharraq, Bahrain’s biggest mixed-use residential urban development, is supporting a major cultural event as a silver sponsor.

The third edition of the three-week long Ta’a Al Shabab programme, is being held under the aegis of the Bahrain Ministry of Culture and focuses on art, literature and cinema. The programme is ending this Friday (September 30).

“Renowned from time immemorial as a hub for creativity and ideas, it is my great joy to see that Bahrain upholds the tradition even today,” said Aaref Hejres, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq. “Bahrainis have excelled and will continue to excel in the years to come in artistic expression, whatever the medium.”

“Diyar Al Muharraq is a strong contributor to that artistic spirit which has served over the centuries to unify us and distinguish us as leaders and thinkers in the region. This event is a clear indication that our youth today are vital, confident and very talented. The sponsorship is a strong declaration of our belief in them and in the future of the community,” he continued.
