Kohler launches new showerhead
Dubai, June 15, 2011
Kohler, a global leader in kitchen and bath design and technology, has launched a new range of its single-function showerheads with a focus on water consumption.
The new Kohler Kataylst offers the same luxurious shower experience delivered by the Katalyst showerhead technology’s large heavy droplets, while featuring a new water conserving design, a statement said.
The Katalyst technology was introduced last year by Kohler with optimized sprayface, internal waterway design and innovative air induction system.
This year latest addition is an update of the Kataylst technology and has been WaterSense listed, providing a soothing steady flow of water at eight Litres per minute and saving up to 20 per cent on water consumption, the statement said.
“Consumers in the Middle East are becoming increasingly greener in the way they live. We have updated our Katalyst showerhead technology this year to help individuals continue to enjoy their luxurious shower experience offering respite from the summer heat, whilst providing peace-of-mind through the new water saving design,” said Mohamed Nada, regional marketing manager for Kohler in the Middle East.
“In keeping with our design ethos to create products that offer design without sacrificing performance, the easily installed Kohler showerheads continue to deliver an exhilarating showering experience reminiscent of an Arabian summer downpour, whilst conserving water, and money thanks to reduced utility bills,” he added.
The WaterSense is introduced on Kohler’s Purist, Forté, and Bancroft single function showerheads suites of sophisticated bathroom products.
The new Katalyst technology provides a new sprayface that optimises the water pattern and droplet size for superior coverage, intensity and rinsing performance providing customers with a natural intense hydrotherapy experience, according to the statement.
A new patent-pending air induction technology maximizes the air-water mix to deliver a dense invigorating showering experience and the Master Clean sprayface is easy to clean and maintain because it resists mineral build-up that can also reduce spray coverage and volume, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
