Greenline wins 8 more Royal Falcon orders
Dubai, March 23, 2011
UAE-based Greenline Yacht Interiors (GLYI) recently finalized an agreement to complete the interiors for eight more mega-yachts of Singapore’s Royal Falcon Fleet, the Porsche Design Group.
This agreement was signed based on the existing contract with Royal Falcon Fleet to complete the interiors of the first two units of the series of RFF135 Porsche Design Mega-yacht Catamarans, a statement said.
Greenline Yacht Interiors will be exhibiting alongside Royal Falcon Fleet at the three-day Abu Dhabi Yacht Show, opening tomorrow (March 24) at Yas Marina, with a model of the RFF135 Porsche Design Catamaran on display.
“We wanted to release this exciting news at the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show as an indication of the buoyancy of the market, in light of new projects that are being pursued in collaboration with local companies,” said Lea Badro, business development director for GLYI.
“We anticipate a lot of interest at the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show in the spectacular yacht, a model of which will be displayed at our exhibition stand throughout the duration of the show,” Badro added.
The first two 41m (135ft) Catamarans, which have been designed by Porsche Design, are currently under construction in Sweden and in conjunction with Kockums at their facilities in Muskö.
Both vessels are expected to be delivered during 2012. Following a similar agreement for the additional eight mega-yachts, GLYI will provide the full turn-key interiors for the yacht including owners, VIP and guests areas as well as service and crew areas. – TradeArabia News Service
