Cloisall, a leading interior fitting and contracting company in the region, has secured fit out contracts worth Dh300 million ($81.6 million) including provision of vaulted ceiling and partitions solutions in the UAE and Qatar.

Cloisall said the project wins include landmark developments like Abu Dhabi’s second tallest tower, Central Market Residential Tower and Doha’s iconic Tornado Tower.

In the UAE, the company will undertake different finishes such as vaulted ceiling and partitions solutions for the Dubai International Airport concourse 3 and for Abu Dhabi’s famous Central Market Residential Tower.

In Qatar, Cloisall will be responsible for Tornado Tower, the Virginia Commonwealth University and the TSE Yang Chinese restaurant. The iconic whirl winding Tornado Tower is 210 meters tall, spreads across 58,029 sq m of area and is set to be the landmark of the city’s skyline.

The Dubai International Airport concourse (3) project is a joint venture with the UAE’s Al Jaber Group (ALEC), and the Central Market Residential Tower project with the Arabian Construction Company.

Upon its completion, the Central Market Residential Tower is set to become the second-tallest building in Abu Dhabi and the skyscraper with the most floors in the city, Farha remarked.

In Qatar, the Tornado Tower project and the Virginia Commonwealth University project is a contract with International Trading & Contracting (ITC) and the TSE Yang Chinese restaurant project with United Development Company.
