Jotun unveils 'Colour Trends' in Oman
Muscat, August 2, 2010
Jotun Paints, a leading producer and supplier of paints and coatings, has announced the launch of its ‘Colour Trends 2010’ concept in Oman in line with its plan to boost its position in the Sultanate.
Seventeen new vibrant shades comprise the 2010 collection, which have been specially formulated to meet the evolving preferences of Jotun’s customers, said a company statement.
Jotun's ‘Colour Trends 2010’ range aims to give customers an insight into this year’s fashionable colour schemes and wall designs, enabling home decorators and renovators to select the right shades and combinations, it added.
'The upbeat investment outlook in the Omani consumer and construction sectors makes it a very important market for us,' remarked Espen Solberg, sales and marketing manager Jotun Paints.
'Furthermore, emergence of many unique and cutting-edge developments in the Sultanate also presents an excellent opportunity for the palettes of ‘Colour Trends’ to bring to life the most prestigious architectural marvels being completed in the country,' he noted.
The 2010 collection combines classic and modern hues with an edgy twist, with its three ranges – ‘Jazz Up’, ‘Pure Nuture’ and ‘Mystic Elegance’ each offering six shades.
‘Jazz Up’ offers a dynamic palette designed to reflect one’s true colours and creativity, while ‘Pure Nuture’ features a colour scheme ideal for nature lovers, as it gives them an opportunity to invite splendour of great outdoors into their homes. ‘Mystic Elegance’ is a glamorous collection based on values of traditional Middle Eastern interiors.
“As our answer to the rising demand for one-of-a-kind colours in decorative paints ‘Colour Trends 2010’, we are confident that architects, interior designers and individual homeowners will take pleasure in finding vivid colours that match both their aesthetic and quality requirements,” Solberg added.-TradeArabia News Service
