KBR wins $28m Bahrain order from US Army

KBR has won a task order from the US Army Contracting Command involving support to US Army and Navy missions at five sites in Bahrain.

The task order is made under the command's current Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (Logcap) IV contract. The period of Performance is one base year plus one option year and is valued at approximately $28 million.

Under the task order KBR will support nearly 1,400 personnel and provide camp construction, including the build out of a Life Support Area (LSA), facilities management, Hazmat management, water production, firefighting services, airfield operations and power generation. Services will also include self-service laundry operations, food service, shuttle bus services and fuel retail operations.
