Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) has launched two new environment-friendly fully synthetic engine oils in Bahrain, namely Protec Green 5W40 and Protec Xtreme Energy 5W30.

Enoc is the first company to launch these eco-friendly and energy-efficient products in UAE as part of the government’s initiatives for introducing controls for green house gases to cap emissions.

The new engine lubricants are unique and are based on the low sulfated ash and phosphorous, Sulphur (SAPS) Additive Technology. The low SAPS oils are fully synthetic and can be used in engines running on Petrol, Diesel, CNG and LPG.

Apart from its environment friendly characteristics, Protec X-treme Energy 5W 30 offers higher fuel efficiency and better engine performance over mineral oils in new generation vehicles.

Ranjan Guha, regional sales and business development manager of Enoc International Sales, UAE, said that Enoc Lubricants  leads the industry in this region by introducing any new API approved lubricants within months of its introduction to  the world.-TradeArabia News Service
