Ikea, a leading furniture and furnishing store, is launching its famous gift card in the UAE on April 18.

The card offers visitors the chance to shop without having to carry cash, making for a more safer and efficient shopping experience.

Ikea gift cards can be bought preloaded with spending money at checkout counters at Ikea stores in Dubai Festival City and Abu Dhabi Marina Mall stores.

The bilingual Ikea gift card, which will be launched on April 18, can also be topped up with multiples of Dh50 up to a maximum of Dh5,000 per card.

“Recipients of Ikea gift cards feel more thought has been given to their gifts and the gift cards make excellent gifts for the birthdays, graduations, festive seasons, house-warmings, engagements, weddings, or even holidays and baby showers,” said Mile Franicevic, managing director, Al-Futtaim, owners of the Swedish company’s franchise.-TradeArabia News Service
