The first of its kind service in the UAE was launched in December 2009 in collaboration with the three-screen video enabler for premier content – the UK-based On Demand Group.
“With this service, customers can enjoy the movies of their choice at the click of a button. We are currently in the process of negotiating deals with content providers, to further add to the line-up,” said Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer, du.

Selections will include transactional Video on Demand content from major Hollywood studios and a range of subscription Video on Demand movies, series, documentaries, children’s programmes and music videos.
