Sheila and Abaya, a signature event of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2009, is showcasing the latest trends in sheila and abaya at BurJuman, a premier shopping centre in Dubai and a key sponsor of DSS 2009.

The afshion event, which is featuring the creations of emerging and established designers, provides a platform for designers to reach out to a wider audience.

The second day of the event on June 28 saw the collections of Amal Murad, Hoor Al Ain, Shabana Asif and Al Janaheya Abaya (Mona Mohammed Janahi).

The show, which will close tomorrow (June 30), will feature the collections of DAS Collections (Reem Ali Beljafla), Velvet Abaya, Scarf (Mariam Murthada Wadiey), and Smooth Lady (Mona Khanbouli).

The shows will be held at 5 pm, 5:55 pm, 6:45 pm, and 7:40 pm at the Observatory in BurJuman.

DSS 2009, a shopping and family entertainment extravaganza, will run until August 14 at various malls across Dubai. – TradeArabia News Service
