Zuma to launch Friday Japanese brunch

Zuma will launch Dubai’s first contemporary Japanese brunch on June 19, offering award-winning signature dishes.
“Brunch is a popular concept in Dubai and Zuma has become a part of this community. We want to create a comfortable ambience for families where they can relax and savour the weekend, whilst enjoying high-quality and authentic Japanese cuisine,” said Elmar Pichorner, operations director at Zuma.
Guests can feast on fresh sushi, sashimi and maki rolls from the sushi counter, a variety of small dishes and hot starters from the robatayaki grill - like chicken yakitori and beef skewers, all generously displayed along the sushi and robata counters.
A selection of Zuma signature dishes - like Barley Miso Baby Chicken and Spicy Beef are available to order from the brunch menu, prepared fresh and served to the table.
A deluxe dessert platter featuring delicious selections of Zuma’s favourite, home-made desserts and fresh fruit completes the experience, whilst Zuma’s resident DJ continues to entertain throughout the afternoon.
Zuma’s brunch is an option for the whole family, with kids under 11 dining for free when accompanied by an adult.
The wide menu and sharing concept is child-friendly and when not eating children can enjoy the supervised Kids’ Corner, which features safe, soft flooring; a pirate tent; children’s DVD screening; a drawing table stocked with Zuma colouring kits; hand puppets and science books, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
