Hotel Al Khozama, a Rosewood Hotel, in association with The Australian Trade Commission in Riyadh, is hosting its annual springtime Australian food promotion in April.

The food promotion will run for the whole month of April in the hotel’s famous Garden Barbecue.

The Garden Barbeque will be transformed into an Australian wonderland with Kangaroos, Koalas and Crocodiles’ decoration as well as an Australian back-drop to complete the feel.

The newly arrived chef de cuisine Gareth Carberry has created a rich menu that includes the best Australian meat variety of beef, lamb and veal, as well as a wide variety of seafood, grilled to the guests’ individual taste.

Diners of The Australian Food promotion will also have a chance to win a pair of airline tickets return to Australia with Cathay Pacific Airways.
