Dubai government opts for Ethos Consultancy
Dubai, December 10, 2008
Ethos Consultancy, the leading customer service consultancy firm in the Middle East, has been chosen by the Dubai government to deliver customer service.
The UAE government is very proud to place their trust in Ethos to deliver high quality customer care solutions, said an official spokesman.
In 2008 Ethos was awarded some major government contracts, as a result Ethos was honoured by the UAE Prime Minister's Office to develop and deliver the UAE federal government's service excellence programme.
Launched under the directive of vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative falls in line with the UAE strategy that lists improvements in the government sector and enhanced customer service as its primary objective.
This programme is being delivered across 40 ministries and involves the customer service performance measurement of each ministry and authority's three delivery channels of location, telephone and website.
“It is so great to see the UAE government taking these sorts of initiatives to further develop and sustain this kind of improved customer service within all national sectors. At Ethos we firmly believe in delivering quality customer service to a huge client service base around the UAE,” said Ethos Consultancy managing director Robert Keay. – TradeArabia News Service
