Starbucks is bringing back its popular holiday offerings, the “Christmas Blend” coffee and the Signature Hot Chocolate, as part of this year’s holiday campaign titled ‘To you from us’ which will run till January 10 in the region.

Christmas Blend is a much cherished and cheer-filled coffee blends. This sweet, spicy favorite combines the liveliness of superb Latin American coffees with the mellow smoothness of Asia-Pacific coffees, including rare aged Indonesian beans. The aging process takes place in Singapore over a period of three to five years and the beans are sampled twice each year to assess their progress, said a statement.

“The holiday season is about connecting, sharing, and bonding. It’s the best time to relax and share a warm cup of coffee with a family member or a loved one during the cold nights,” said Rana Shaheen, CSR and communications manager, Starbucks Coffee, Middle East and Egypt.

“Starbucks holiday beverages and blends have proven to be very popular in the past with customers looking forward to them every year. Customers even enjoy receiving the red cup that is brought back this season as it signals the advent of the eagerly awaited holidays,” she added.

The creamy Starbucks Signature Hot chocolate is made of the finest cocoas and topped with whip cream and dusted with cocoa, this coffee can be customised with the customers’ choice of milk.

Starbucks also has Caramel Signature Hot Chocolate with caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel sauce, as well as the Hazelnut Signature Hot Chocolate, customised with hazelnut syrup and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa.
 
Other treats this season include the ‘Florentine Calzone’, a well balanced mix of Turkey breast cooked with homemade tomato sauce, topped with a layer of healthy spinach and smothered with Mozzarella cheese, to further enhance our customers’ experience.

For customers with a sweet tooth, there's -the ‘Apple Strudel’, an intense richness of dense filling prepared with baked fresh apples, sweet cinnamon powder, raisins and a hint of ginger, in addition to the Swiss Roll, which offers the fluffiness of a chocolate genoise, rolled with a sensuous mix of fresh cream and custard, and centered with the sweetness of a strawberry jam, she added.
 
Then there are the Starbucks Holiday Gifting merchandise which will include new promotional products, gift pack tools, and manual brewing equipment.-TradeArabia News Service
