Kempinski's Sezzam offers spicy Indian fare

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates' popular dining destination Sezzam promises sumptuous spicy new dishes from the kitchen of its new Indian chef, Aman Manoj Kumar.

“Flame at Sezzam is set to explode with new taste sensations, thanks to the expertise and enthusiasm of Chef Aman, his wealth of knowledge of Indian cuisine and his inventiveness for fusion flavours,” said Kjell Kollin, executive chef, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.

Prior to his appointment at Sezzam, Aman spent more than a year as junior sous chef at the Four Seasons Resort in Kuda Huraa, Maldives.

Shortly after obtaining his diploma in hotel management, Aman worked with the Park Delhi and Hyatt Regency Delhi in India.

Chef Aman was also personally invited by the King of Jordan to present an Indian food promotion in his royal palace.-TradeArabia News Service
