Bahrain Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa will visit Mumbai for three days from October 15, it was revealed.

Indian officials are hoping the visit will pave the way for closer economic ties and establishment of more joint ventures between Bahrain and India.

The visit will include meetings with some of the city's leading businessmen. It follows the Crown Prince's visit to India in March last year to officially open Bahrain's embassy in New Delhi.-TradeArabia News Service
