Al Safi Danone has launched its operations in Jordan as part of the company's regional expansion plans.

Jordan Golden Arrow has been appointed as the exclusive distributors of Al Safi Danone products in Jordan. 

A function was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman to celebrate the product launch. A number of dignitaries including Prince Mohammed Bin Khaled Al Abdulla Al Faisal, president and CEO of Faisaliah Group Company, sole owners of Al Safi Danone and George Sioufi, executive board member of Golden Arrow Food Distribution attended. 

Prince Mohammad highlighted the importance of Saudi-Jordanian bilateral commercial ties and substantiated with Jordan's imports of optimum Saudi products quality that conform to international standards and specifications.

He said Safi Danone’s launch in the Jordanian market would ultimately contribute to boosting the fruitful relations between both the countries.

Prioritising R&D as the company's core policy, HRH said: “Safi Danone achieved many gains in the past seven years and since its inception, the most distinguished of them all was its investments in research and development of 25 new products. 

'The company has provided Saudi youth with employment opportunities, in a healthy environ, which in turn increased production and ultimately- revenues.”

Sioufi on the other hand, highlighted the importance of this occasion and its role in providing the Jordanian public with the opportunity to try Al Safi Danone's lavish delights.

Siuofi also showcased Al Safi Danone's wide variety of products ranging from dairy, juices, biscuits and other products enjoying premium quality that have without doubt played a major role in raising the bar of superiority in the FMCG sector.-TradeArabia News Service
