Domestic appliance manufacturer Moulinex has launched Odacio in  the Middle East, adding meat mincer to its range of accessories.

“The new Odacio attachment rapidly turns favourite selected cuts of meat into mince in no time at all. Its powerful 900 watts electrical motor making short work of beef and chicken. The meat is simply placed into the top of the grinder and at the flick of a switch; perfect mince is created within seconds. Ideal for preparing home made burgers, lasagnes, moussakas and other dishes; the new mincer offers an even greater flexibility for the already multi-purpose blender”. said Groupe Seb Dubai Marketing Director Vincent Berry.
    
Beside its new mincer attachment, the Odacio processor handles food blending with aplomb, featuring a two speed setting and a pulse feature for control of blend consistency. A liquidiser jug and food processer bowl offer a 1.5 litre and 3 litre capacities respectively, the company said in a statement.

Additional tool options include a metal blade for general use, a mini chopper, a metal whisk, a dough attachment, five metal disks for grating and slicing and a recipe book, it added.

Fruit juice lovers will not be disappointed, as the Odacio also comes supplied with a juice extractor and citrus press for the ideal fresh fruit drink, the company said.

The Moulinex Odacio is now available at select home and household appliance stores across the region. Moulinex have been producing premium domestic appliances since 1937 and are know owned by the Groupe SEB organisation. – TradeArabia News Service
