Cyber Gear turnover soars by 142pc

Cyber Gear has registered a 142 per cent increase in sales turnover and won several large accounts during 2007.
The company has capitalised on the increasing number of Internet subscribers and the unprecedented growth of e-Business in the Middle East.
“We are extremely pleased to have been selected as the vendor of choice by several leading multinational, local and government organisations during the last year. We have consolidated our position as the largest web developer in the region with over 200 clients in 16 Middle East countries,” said CEO of Cyber Gear Sharad Agarwal.
Cyber Gear designed the web presence and developed e-Business applications for the following clients during 2007: Government – Dubai School of Government, FORSA, ASWAAQ; Healthcare – Welcare World Health Systems; Hospitality – Al Mulla Hospitality, Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Habtoor Hotels; Retail – Festival Waterfront Centre and Sahara Centre; Banking – Dubai Bank and Tadawul.

In 2007, Cyber Gear also won seven awards for excellence in web design adjudged by the Pan Arab Web Awards Programme instituted by BSA – Microsoft.
