Rational has appointed Olivier Aimon as regional sales manager for the Near and Middle East.

Aimon will support chief representative Ralf Degenhardt.

Aimon's main tasks include support of customers and distribution partners, as well as managing product presentations - so-called TeamCooking Live events.

He is also very familiar with the kitchen and hygiene standards in Arabic countries. Although Olivier Aimon is an expert in the field of typical Arabian cuisine, he is also very familiar with international cuisine, said a statement.
