Tefal, a leading culinary appliance manufacturer, has launched its Vitacompact food processor in the Middle East.

One of the main features of the product is its space-saving design, which  allows for a greater surface area for food preparation, says the company. The new Vitacompact’s base measures 20 cm by 33 cm and its height is 42 cm with the capacious three litre jug attached.

Tefal has an “ingenious” compact drawer within the base of the “Vitastore,” where most food processor accessories can be safely tucked away, the company said.

The company claims the product is easy to use with its two-speed settings and a ‘pulse’ function allow for accurate split second mixing and maximum control over blend consistency.

The Vitacompact’s base also contains the food processor’s powerful heart; a 700 watt motor.

Additional attachments include a 1.5 litre blender jug, a juice extractor for perfect fresh fruit drinks, a citrus press, slicer and grater discs to prepare vegetables, cheese and other foodstuffs, an emulsifying disc for soufflés.

The Vitacompact food processor comes supplied with a cookbook, which features great recipes and ideas to get the most out of its versatile performance.
