Damac launches new golf community villa project
DUBAI, December 28, 2016
Damac Properties, a leading luxury real estate developer in the region, has introduced Akoya Play, a collection of three-bedroom villas in Akoya Oxygen, an international golf community set around a one-of-a-kind water park in Dubai, UAE.
Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, Akoya Oxygen is a 55-million-sq-ft master development that will showcase one of the greenest living spaces in Dubai.
Home to the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design, the eagerly anticipated development boasts easy access to Dubai’s major highways; yet is far enough away from the bustle of the city to offer a tranquil pace of life in a beautiful green setting, said a statement from Damac.
Akoya Play will go on sale in Dubai today (December 28) at Damac Maison Cour Jardin in Business Bay - Al Abraj Street from 4 pm to 10 pm, it stated.
Priced at Dh1.05 million ($285,790) with a payment plan spanning three-and-a-half years, Akoya Play creates the perfect environment for young couples and their children to bond, grow and play, said a top official.
"With various arrangements that meet different lifestyle needs, Akoya Play is a place that sets your inner child free at a one-of-a-kind water park," remarked Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac Properties.
"Whether enjoying the spacious indoors while children play in the refreshing outdoors, stepping up the game on the international golf course, or taking a stroll at Vista Lux to explore a variety of international shopping and dining venues, Akoya Play is designed to offer something for everyone," observed McLoughlin.
"Sitting on a quiet enclave within the Akoya Oxygen community, Akoya Play offers a harmonious and enriching community living experience that sets the bar higher for Dubai’s vibrant luxury living landscape," said McLoughlin.
"The premium gated community is thoughtfully designed to offer residents the ultimate in comfort and convenience, with special attention devoted to creating smart spaces that bring people closer to nature and to one another," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
