Dubai Land Department (DLD) has unveiled its latest top five real estate smart technology advances and smart applications at the Gitex Technology Week which opened today (October 16) in Dubai, UAE.

The 36th edition of the event runs until October 20 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Sultan Buti Ben Mejren, director general of DLD said: “Gitex is an ideal platform to showcase our latest creations and smart innovations, as the exhibition brings together leading specialist in the technology and digital field, we will have the opportunity to get the views of specialists, and to highlight our capabilities in this area as an organization able to keep up with modern technologies, reflecting the theme of ‘Smart Real Estate Solutions for a Happier City’.”

The Smart Pay Service is the latest solution presented by DLD at the exhibition, it is a new payment method allows client to pay the required procedure fees directly using a smart application, and allows customers to pay through different methods, either using Credit Card, Wire Transfer (From Limited Banks) and NQOODI Wallet.  The smart service comes with many services like saving multiple credit cards, payment history and wallet balance.

As well as Dubai Brokers, the smart application targeting large audience as it provides accurate and real time information about Dubai Brokers and Real Estate Agents Offices that are licensed and approved by Dubai Land Department. The application classifies the brokers by their performances, efficiency, as it also provides details about projects that the broker specialized in selling and number of transactions completed. Dubai Brokers also provides the ownership certificate verification service which contributes to increase efficiency, speed of service delivery, and cost reduction.

With a great view on the Investment Map portal which will be displayed at the stand, as it represents the intelligent real estate market using Internet browsers and smart devices, the portal was launched by Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the investment arm of Dubai Land Department to attract major investors for off-plan available projects.

It carries an integrated set of applications and Dubai real estate best practices in addition to Google's search tool that enable all investors and businessmen to access many investment project opportunities through their smart devices that will help them ease the decision making process and to transact online using secure government portal.

DLD will also showcase Ejari; it is smart integrated leasing management application, specialized in management of leasing operations and provides services to owners and property management companies and representatives of the owner to manage the leases at any time and from anywhere.

The application works to protect the rights of all parties, and contribute to increasing the efficiency of operations leases management, reduce the cost and time required to complete the registration of leases.

The Smart Judge is a contemporary smart application which enables the rental relation parties to know their legal in respect of EJARI, and which guides them to whether they have the right to file a judicial case or not before entering the different phases of litigation. The application also provides the ability to print virtual judgment as a result of a final request for legal advice.
