Avaya to redefine customer experience at Gitex

DUBAI, September 8, 2016

Avaya will showcase its latest innovations designed to enable companies to meet customer and employee expectations with true multi-touch communication capabilities, at the Gitex Technology Week 2016, in Dubai.

Along with customers and partners, Avaya will demonstrate real-world use cases for its cutting-edge solutions, highlighting how it is helping organizations in the Middle East and beyond achieve their digital transformation objectives.

Gitex Technology Week 2016 will be held from October 16 to 20 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

With 89 per cent of businesses today expecting to compete primarily on the basis of customer experience, organisations need to evolve digitally and deliver truly differentiated experiences to their customers and workforces. However, IT departments are struggling to keep pace: by the end of 2017, market demand for mobile apps will grow five times faster than internal IT organisations can deliver them, according to Gartner.
