Jade Global opens IT services unit in India

CALIFORNIA, July 11, 2016

US-based Jade Global Software, a leading information technology (IT) systems and solutions company, has announced the launch of a mid-enterprise IT services facility in Hyderabad, India.

The 11,000-sq-ft facility was opened by Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao and Karan Yaramada, CEO of Jade Global Software, at a recent event.

The new unit will help the company ramp up its focus in the areas of analytics and information management (AIM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), managed services (MS) and technology and engineering services (TES), ServiceNow and customer relationship management (CRM), said a statement from the company.

Speaking at the inauguration, Rao said: “We welcome Jade Global Software and are glad that the firm finds value in doing business in our Telangana state which is investor and business friendly.”

Jade Global is a leading advisory, integration, testing, cloud and consulting services, business solutions and IT outsourcing company that services clients across multiple technology platforms.

Commenting on the new facility, Yaramada said: “We are essentially investing heavily towards enhancing our existing offerings and adding new facilities that will help ramp up our IT services to our growing list of mid-size enterprises worldwide.”

“We are starting our Hyderabad centre with a capacity of 100 employees now. In the next few years our goal is to increase this number by five times,” he said.

Yaramada added: “We believe that with more than 1300 IT and IT enabled services (ITES) firms, Hyderabad has the right combination of infrastructure and human resources to aid to the growth of a company.”

“Though services, solutions, and product development are the primary focus for our firm; innovation has been our driving force and we find Hyderabad a perfect place to encourage entrepreneur mind set and foster innovation,” he added.

According to Yaramada, Jade presently generates about 40 per cent of its total revenue from its Indian operations, and is now planning to boost its revenue contribution to 60 per cent in the next two years.

“We recently closed a deal with a large Germany-based automobile company in India to automate their business processes. This deal will bolster our growth in the domestic market as we increase efforts to expand our client base in the Indian market,” he added.-TradeArabia News Services
