NCR to launch new solution at Dubai event

NCR Corporation, a global leader in omni-channel solutions, has announced the Middle East Africa launch of NCR Customer Journey & Sales Manager Platform to empower financial institutions to transform customer experiences and maximise revenue generation.

NCR has been working with its technology partner, Q-nomy, in exclusively delivering the solution to financial institutions around the world since 2014. This new solution will be showcased in Dubai at the forthcoming Cards & Payments Middle East 2016 event from May 31– June 1.

NCR Customer Journey & Sales Manager Platform is a channel holistic software solution powered by Q-nomy’s market leading Qflow enterprise software. The solution handles omni-channel customer appointments booking, In-branch customer routing, personalised digital signage content management as well as front to back office Business Process  and document management. The solution offers a highly configurable reporting engine with an integrated tool for staff optimization, and comes with powerful integration capability out of the box for consolidating with and augmenting, legacy data and CRM systems.
