Simstream acquires Sharjah company

DUBAI, UAE, January 12, 2016

Dubai-based IT consulting company Simstream Group has acquired Design Days, a Sharjah-based software developer and applications company.

Based on the acquisition, Simstream has also launched SimstreamT&D (Technology and Development) a new division which will integrate technology across the group and support its growing customer base in France, Africa and the Middle East.

SimstreamT&D comprises a team of developers and engineers working across a range of technology platforms including online, Cloud, ERP and mobile app development. 

Commenting on the launch, chairman Gael Marronnier said: “SimstreamT&D adds a new dimension to Simstream and will fit seamlessly into the group’s unique approach to IT consulting engineering that allows us to deliver cost-effective and creative IT solutions, in complex business environments.

“Our aim is to scale-up our business rapidly from an established customer base and this acquisition and launch of our new division will enable us to build faster profitable growth. We will continue to look for additional selective acquisitions to add further complementary resources to the group,” he added.

Simstream’s service portfolio comprises IT governance, project management and consulting. The company has worked with multinational clients in more than 30 countries on projects including the Dubai Tram, and in sectors from telecoms to banking and finance, energy, aviation, industry and services. -TradeArabia News Service
