Panasonic showcases 'smart town' concept at CES

DUBAI, January 6, 2016

Panasonic Corporation is illustrating its concept of 'Smart Town' at the ongoing CES 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada (US), with its latest products, solutions and technology.
 
The products and solutions on display at the four-day expo, that will conclude on January 9, will help realise 'A Better Life, A Better World' for each customer, said a statement.
 
The Smart Town in the Panasonic booth consists of four areas of smart home, business/retail, mobility and stadium, it said.
 
Using Panasonic’s Light ID solution, visitors can get information on the exhibits by simply downloading an app onto their iOS smartphones. 
 
The information will be shown on their smartphone screens in the language according to their phone settings.
 
Panasonic will also host Panasonic Live @ CES2016, a live video stream broadcast direct from the Panasonic booth, to share the excitement of the show with enthusiasts around the world.
 
Smart Home
 
Under the theme of Better Living Tomorrow, the Kitchen and Living Room here showcase “lifestyles we all desire” in the near future around 2018-2020, with consumer electronics well blended into home decor, said the statement.
 
Visitors can also find Panasonic’s latest products in the DEN (entertainment space), bathroom, home office and creative garage. In addition, other related products will be shown in the Green Energy and 4K corners set next to the Smart Home section, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
