Avaya, a leader in business communications software, systems and services, presented twenty Dubai-based software developers with the world’s first 'Avaya Certified Snap-Ins Developer' accreditation, which enables an individual to communication-enable any aspect of an organisation quickly and easily.

 

Avaya conducted a three-day bootcamp in Dubai designed to showcase the potential of Engagement Development Platform, ease of 'snap-in' application creation and deployment, and the benefits of using the Avaya-hosted Collaboratory tool for development environment. 

 

The participants gained hands-on experience of working with development experts to build, test and install their own Java applications. 

 

Avaya’s Engagement Development Platform, commonly referred to as EDP, brings together the customer experience management found in call centers and the unified communications tools to create enterprise-wide solutions that address the specific needs of businesses to transform their customer experiences.
