As part of its participation in Gitex, Dewa will launch the ‘Smart Services for a Smarter Tomorrow’ campaign. It will offer customers the opportunity to win valuable prizes through daily draws when they complete selected transactions using DEWA 's smart app.
These services include Bill payment, Move-in application, and Pay for a Friend. Transactions completed between August and October 14 qualify for the draw.
Dewa will also include those who use the Ashal service in the draw. It will encourage customers who use Ashal smart kiosks, which Dewa launched to inform customers about its smart app, said the statement.
Customers who pay electricity and water bills in full for six consecutive using DEWA 's smart app between August and January next year will qualify to enter a raffle draw in February 2016 to win a grand prize, it said.
Dewa’s smart app will provide over 150 services and features that meet the needs of all users round the clock. It will include customers, consultants, suppliers, government organisations, and jobseekers. Visitors can access Dewa’s general services on the smart app.
Dewa’s smart app will also provide Ashir service, a channel dedicated for people with hearing disabilities. It is a live video chat service that will enable them to communicate directly with Dewa call centre staff using sign language.
Dewa’s smart app will support most platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, and Blackberry. It is also accessible on Samsung home entertainment systems, Samsung Smart Gear, and Etisalat's eLife, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
