Next IT, TrustSphere’s to launch ‘relationship analytics'
ABU DHABI, March 31, 2015
Abu Dhabi-based Next IT and Systems has partnered with Singapore-based technology provider TrustSphere's to bring the advanced relationship analytics technology to the Middle East.
TrustSphere's software will help organisations enhance their risk and governance functions as well as improve workforce productivity, said a statement.
Next IT partners with global IT leaders including Google, Microsoft and Archibus to tailor solutions for the specialised needs of its diverse customer base. It services clients in the oil and gas, financial services, healthcare and government sectors.
Through this partnership, Next IT's customers will gain deeper insights on relationships which are critical to an organisation's operations, both internal as well as customer centric, said the statement.
By understanding communication patterns and flows, real time insights can be delivered to management in a meaningful way enabling important decisions to be made using objective data points. By only needing to analyse 'meta data' and avoiding the analysis of content, individual privacy is protected, it said.
Trustsphere's platform will provide authenticated data to inform different business activities including employee handovers, exit interviews and fraud investigations.
Shaik Hamdan, chief executive officer of Next IT, said: "TrustSphere's relationship analytics platform plugs a major blind-spot for organisations in the Middle East.
“Through this partnership with TrustSphere, our customers can better manage risk, reduce fraud and improve the way they engage with their clients and partners."
Manish Goel, CEO of TrustSphere, said: "We are delighted to partner with Next IT in bringing our solutions to the Middle East. Our alliance with Next IT will ensure their customers can enjoy the benefits of this powerful technology with the support of an outstanding solutions integrator with a strong commitment to the region." - TradeArabia News Service
