Viva unveils fixed voice solutions for businesses

Viva Bahrain, a leading telecom operator in the kingdom, has launched fixed voice solutions for businesses offering fast, secure and efficient connectivity to their private exchanges (PBX) and unified communication systems.
It aims at supporting their requirements from business collaboration, voice, video and conferencing services, said a statement.
This service will allow businesses to enjoy dedicated voice capacity using guaranteed high quality technologies, while benefitting from significant cost savings and scalability from Viva’s new offering, it said.
Viva’s new comprehensive fixed voice solutions are offered with attractive packages that give businesses the flexibility to either connect their existing unified communication system to Viva’s network or add a new PBX system with affordable charges.
The operator has partnered with key ICT providers across Bahrain to offer this end-to-end one-stop-shop solution to business clients.
Its plans have been tailored to the communication needs of business users depending on their various capabilities to have it delivered over digital ISDN PRI or IP-based (SIP Trunk) connections.
The plans are also offered with attractive local and international calling rates coupled with free monthly credit, said the statement.
