Microsoft offers Dynamics CRM online in UAE

DUBAI, October 13, 2014

Microsoft has announced that it is expanding the availability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, a cloud-based business application, to include availability in the United Arab Emirates.

The application will be available in 18 additional markets in the coming months delivering a comprehensive solution that provides businesses with sales and customer care capabilities which are seamlessly integrated with leading productivity applications such as Office 365, Yammer, Lync, Skype, SharePoint and Power BI.

The expanded availability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to markets in Europe, Asia Pacific and South America began in June with the availability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in Turkey.

Besides UAE, additional markets that are part of this next phase of global expansion include  Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, US Virgin Islands, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Ukraine.

By the end of the calendar year, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will be available in 60 markets around the world, a statement said.

The company further announced that the CRM Online Service for Latin American countries will be running within Microsoft’s Latin America datacenter located in Brazil.

The regionally located datacenter will provide direct service to CRM online customers in these countries rather than from North America data centers – improved latency and better performance are expected for businesses in the region.

“In addition to enjoying the benefits of these new capabilities across sales and service, customers can be comfortable doing business with Microsoft when it comes to their data,” said Microsoft business solutions lead, Microsoft Gulf.

“We focused our development efforts on understanding what businesses need to better engaged with their customers and to have the agility and mobility to meet their needs anywhere, on any device.” – TradeArabia News Service
