Perspectives on how to shape the marketing outreach of regional telecommunications industry will come up for discussion at a key meeting on October 11 in Dubai, UAE.
The South Asia Middle East North Africa (Samena) Telecommunications Council has announced the third edition of its annual Chief Marketing Officer Summit at The Palace Downtown, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
The summit will bring together senior marketing executives exclusively from Samena Council's chartered members - including leading telecommunications groups such as Etisalat, STC, Batelco, Zain, Orange, Turk Telecom, Ooredoo and VIVA Bahrain - to share insights on new innovations and opportunities in an increasingly digital world.
This year's summit will focus on the theme, 'Data Dynamics: Innovative Monetisation Opportunities', and explore how telecom operators can successfully monetise their digital assets and create long-term value by making their business more data-driven.
The event will also shed light on the need for chief marketing officers to become more digitally-savvy and adapt their strategies to stay relevant in a changing marketplace.
