Viva Kuwait, Huawei to set up innovation centre

Kuwait, March 2, 2014

Viva Kuwait, a major telecom operator, has signed an MoU with Huawei to establish a new Joint Innovation Center for Customer Experience Management, the first of its kind in region, at the recently held Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

According to the agreement, the two companies will cooperate to continuously improve the customer experience by creating holistic systems for managing every element of the service journey. The new center will be built cooperatively with Huawei utilizing a wide range of the company’s leading technical solutions, services, and global consultancy network.

“Today’s end users are more sophisticated and rightly demand an outstanding service experience when it comes to everyday communications,” said Salman Badran, CEO of Viva Kuwait.

“Excellence can no longer be measured by the quality of an individual voice or data service, but ensuring an extraordinary end-user experience at every single touch point. It’s been our long-term commitment to providing the best-in-class voice and mobile broadband experience to our customers through technology innovation and unique approach to customer service.” – TradeArabia News Service
