Interactive Intelligence Group, a global provider of software and services, has added three vice president positions to cloud communications infrastructure, service and support.

Ray Cappola, Jose Martinez, and Steven Vaughan will fill the newly created vice president positions, and bring a combined 48-plus years of experience to the Interactive Intelligence Communications as a Service (CaaS) offering, said the company in a statement.

Cappola will serve as vice president of CaaS support, which includes global management of technical support and the company’s network operations centres.

Martinez will serve as vice president of CaaS infrastructure, which includes management of Interactive Intelligence’s 12 global data centres and the company’s CaaS-related network and storage operations and engineering.

Vaughan is a contact centre industry veteran and will serve as vice president of CaaS delivery, which includes management of the architecture, implementation, and service delivery teams. - TradeArabia News Service
