Help AG wins awards at major IT events
Dubai, June 26, 2012
Help AG, a top IT services and solutions provider in the region, has won awards at two of the most prestigious IT awards ceremonies in the Middle East.
The security specialist was named Enterprise Reseller of the Year at the Reseller Middle East Partner Excellence Conference and Awards 2012 and won the coveted Best Systems Integrator of the Year award at Network Middle East magazine's eight annual Network Middle East Innovation Awards.
The awards are in recognition of excellence in the delivery of solutions, service and support to end user customers, taking into consideration the reseller's ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation, and to meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and investment protection, and cost reduction.
Last year, help AG introduced a number of innovative products in the Middle East market which also played a key role in their selection for the awards.
“Help AG is all about information security and it is all about locally unmatched level of technical expertise in this area. It is the combined effort of each and every one of our staff members that has permitted us to deliver outstanding quality of consultancy, service and support,” said Alexandra Pisetskaya, Marketing Communications manager at help AG.
“Our success at these award ceremonies is a reflection of this and our clients can be assured that we will always maintain this high level of dedication.”
Identifying the growing popularity of the Bring-your-own-Device (BYOD) trend in the market, help AG signed a partnership agreement with Excitor to distribute the vendor's enterprise mobility management platform.
Unlike the offerings from other vendors, this solution offers a clear partition between user data and corporate data residing on the device, a feature which helps AG believes is essential to the security of sensitive enterprise information.
Help AG had also won the Systems Integrator of the Year Award from Channel Middle East magazine in March this year. – TradeArabia News Service
