Seminar focuses on key ERP solutions

Manama, June 20, 2012

Sage Software, a leading supplier of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to medium and large organisations, hosted a strategic seminar to help local businesses cope with the impact of the recent economic crisis.

The event was held in partnership with the Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (BCICAI) and in collaboration with the BIBF Centre for Banking at the Bahrain Conference Centre in Crowne Plaza Hotel.

It was attended by more than 150 participants coming from the country's top companies and accounting firms.

The seminar served as a strategic venue for Sage to encourage local businesses to fully utilise strategic ERP solutions as an effective way to drive in more growth while at the same time reinforce ties with their customers.

"Businesses today are still on the path towards recovering from the effects left behind by the recent economic gridlock," explained Sage Software Middle East Gulf operations director Reggie Fernandes.

"It is during this post-recovery period that businesses should understand the important role that efficiency, key market and customer understanding and the full use of existing resources, play in the move to get back on track," he noted.-TradeArabia News Service
