Batelco launches ‘Office-in-a-Box’ solution

Bahrain’s leading telecommunications company, Batelco, has introduced Avaya Office-In-a-Box, an all-in-one communications solution, tailored to meet the requirements of small and medium enterprises.

The solution was launched at the Bahrain International e-Government Forum which took place recently, where Batelco was a diamond sponsor.

Avaya Office-In-a-Box unifies customers’ communications; voice, video, networking, messaging, conferencing and desktop applications, thus helping employees work smarter and serve customers more effectively.

It comes with certain value-added applications such as built-in router (3G/3.5G/LTE or ADSL), business application integration (MS Office), Meet Me conferencing with 64 parties, enhanced messaging (voice mail, instant messaging, integrated e-mail), call center, data switch (8/16 ports), and 802.11n Wi-Fi AP other than standard telephony features.
