Aastra, a market leader in enterprise telephony, has announced that Soft-Ex, developer of Web-based telecom data intelligence, has been included as an Aastra Approval Partner Program (A2P2) qualified member.

As an Aastra technology partner, Soft-Ex is now qualified to integrate and support its RingMaster and Optimiser 5.2 solutions on Aastra's MX-ONE v4.1 call manager.

The official partnership offers customers a reliable, validated and fully supported system, a statement said.
