Epicor appoints new head for EMEA

Leading provider of business software solutions, Epicor Software Corporation, has announced the appointment of Keith Deane as senior vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), effective immediately. 

Reporting to Epicor president and CEO Pervez Qureshi, Deane will lead all operations including all sales, services, support and marketing across the EMEA region. He is based at the company’s regional headquarters for EMEA in the UK.

In this new role, Deane will be focused on revenue growth and expanding the market for Epicor enterprise resourcing planning (ERP) solutions throughout the region.

He brings more than 20 years of sales, operations and software industry experience to Epicor, having worked for leading ERP, SaaS, e-commerce, middleware, infrastructure, process management and business intelligence software providers.

“Epicor software, services and support offer remarkable value to companies whether operating from a local, regional or global perspective, with businesses solutions that enable greater agility, efficiency and compliance,” Deane said.

Prior to joining Epicor, Deane served as vice president and general manager, International, with Iron Mountain Digital, which was acquired by Autonomy, now an HP company. 

From 2009 to 2012, he served in a board of director/chairman role for a UK-based provider of managed software as a service (SaaS) solutions for B2B e-commerce. As President, EMEA at Infor from 2005 to 2009, Deane was instrumental in its growth to become the third largest provider of business software. – TradeArabia News Service
