Comendo, a leading email security provider and Bulwark Technologies, a value-added distributor for information security products and solutions, hosted a seminar to unveil the latest solutions on cloud e-mail security.

The breakfast seminar entitled ‘Security Unplugged’ was mainly organised for Bulwark’s reseller partners in Dubai to introduce Comendo’s latest suite of hosted managed security solutions.

The briefing featured presentations by Comendo on its proprietary solutions for cloud e-mail filtering, spamFence, mailFence and backupFence.

Chris Oestergaard, product director of Comendo spoke on how the combination of SpamFence and MailFence works to combat spam and viruses and to provide total protection before reaching customers’ networks.

The Comendo system scans the emails outside the customer’s network which reduces the load on the bandwidth and provides a second layer of security on the cloud, he added.

Houda Naji, managing partner of Comendo, said, 'With cloud gaining acceptance, our solutions built on new technologies offer maximum cloud protection.'

'We believe that our products can boost channel sales growth and enable customers to address the challenges of securing information with greater efficiency,' he noted.
