Du, the UAE's integrated telecom service provider, has unveiled special offers this Eid including great calling rates, free pay-TV and new digital content.

All customers with home services or mobile lines can avail of these value-added services, as an Eid gift from du, said a company statement.

“This is a special time to be spent with friends and family, and we are pleased to offer our customers an Eid present that they can enjoy with all of their loved ones,” said Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer, du.

“Our Eid gift adds even more value to our existing propositions; reduced calling and SMS rates make connecting with friends and family even more appealing, and the exciting new additions of great movies on Video on Demand and free Pay-TV provides hours of fun to everyone."

"All five million du mobile customers will enjoy special, all-day off-peak calling rates from November 5 –8, as well as reduced SMS rates – just 15fils for national SMS, and 45fils for international!," he stated.

"We like to surprise our customers, and hope that this special offer will add life to their life this Eid," he added.

Customers who have subscribed to the One World Plan will be able to call over 190 destinations, from 9pm to 9am for just 2 fils/sec (Dh1.2 /min) as per the current offer.

In addition to all free-to-air TV channels under du’s basic consumer package (which includes more than 190 TV channels from around the world, in more than 15 different languages and covering genres from kids’ entertainment to sport and news), du will open up all current pay-tv channels for consumers to experience for free till November 10.
