ASUS has announced the opening of a facility to cater to ASUS Motherboard customers in the UAE.

The new facility, situated in the same location as ASUS notebook service centre, will allow it  to deliver even better service to its customers and to make its service more efficient and convenient, the company said.

The new facility will offer its customers Swap Service for the three-year warranty coverage of the Motherboard.

Oliver Dantes, regional service manager (ME Region), said: “Service plays key role in our growth within the ME Region which is why ASUS is proud to announce a new and exciting swap service for our valued customers in the UAE where they will be provided same day swap replacement service for their corrupted motherboard products.

“We are also introducing a special Golden Warranty service policy where customers will be provided a brand new board replacement within the first year warranty coverage of their motherboard. We have added motherboard products into our notebook service center so customers will get a chance to experience our very own personalized services,” he said. – TradeArabia News Service
