Mobily customers to benefit from partnership

Etihad Etisalat ‘Mobily’ has entered into a strategic partnership with Whites Group, which specialises in beauty and healthcare products, the company announced.
With this new partnership, Whites Group has become a new partner in the Neqaty program, allowing Mobily subscribers to exchange their earned points in any of the outlets and avail of their products and services.
The partnership agreement was signed by Abdulaziz Al-Tammami, chief operation officer at Mobily, and Turki Al-Yahya, CEO of Whites Group, a statement from the company said.
Whites deploys a new concept to meet the daily needs and changing lifestyles of the Saudi consumers. In addition, the company also has a dedicated pharmaceutical section.
It offers many products in various segments including skincare, hair care and eye care products as well as other sections for diabetes, mothers and pregnant women, it said.
Mobily’s COO said that it has always sought to add distinctive partners to Neqaty in order to offer different options to its customers to exchange their earned points in easy and flexible ways to meet their needs.
Today, the program is considered as one of the most distinguished loyalty programs in the Middle East, he said.
The Neqaty program consists of two main types of rewards, one type includes Mobily services such as extra balance, settlement of invoices, free calls/minutes, free SMS and free Internet usage, while the second type includes rewards from Neqaty’s partners’ kingdom wide, covering all types of commercial and marketing activities and meeting the needs and requirements of "Mobily" subscribers in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
The program also offers easy and flexible ways for exchanging points, where clients get a point or more for every riyal they spend added automatically to their balance of points, without the need to participate in the program, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
