Keynectis, European leader in trust-based solutions and services, will showcase its services, technology and solutions for the Arab region at the Gitex Technology Week

The Gitex Technology Week will be held in Dubai from October 9-13.

Meanwhile, Keynectis has entered into discussion to acquire OpenTrust, a market leader in trusted infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government.

The complementarity of products and services of the two companies will enable Keynectis to accelerate its growth, both domestic and international. This acquisition will increase Keynectis’ export sales to over 30 percent of total revenues.

“The acquisition of OpenTrust by Keynectis will enrich the product offering for our customers and will considerably boost the delivery of OpenTrust products in SaaS mode. The two companies are assisted in their negotiations by Oddo Corporate Finance and ReedSmith, investment bank and legal advisor for Keynectis, Cannacord and Chamas & Marcheteau, investment bank and legal advisor for OpenTrust.

The transaction is due to close this summer with Keynectis acquiring 100 percent of OpenTrust, the company said. – TradeArabia News Service
